​The Annual Oklahoma Fire Chiefs Association (OFCA) Conference, hosted by the Oklahoma State Firefighters Association (OSFA), is scheduled for 2025. This milestone conference offers a valuable opportunity for fire service professionals to engage in networking, professional development, and collaborative discussions on the future of fire service in Oklahoma.

The EMS Region III Conference is an annual event that began as an EMS Trade Show in 1982 and transformed over the past 43 years into one of the premier
conferences in this part of the country. This will be the 26th year the conference has been held in beautiful Ruidoso, New Mexico.
This year we are expecting a crowd of over 900 fire, EMS, police, dispatchers, nurses and physicians from New Mexico, Texas, Arizona and Colorado, along with
speakers and exhibitors from across the country.

SAFE-D is thrilled to announce the return of our Annual Conference to the Kalahari Resort and Convention Center in Round Rock (just north of Austin.) The event will be Feb. 6-8, 2025 and will be the year's biggest meeting related to ESDs and ESD issues. Just like previous years, the Conference will give you the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills that will help you better serve your districts. This is the premier educational event for Texas Emergency Services Districts.

The Virginia Fire Chiefs Association will have another excellent line of educational sessions that cover almost all aspects of services provided by a modern Fire and EMS department. Lectures will be held at the Harris County Department of Education Building. Hands-On Training ("H.O.T.") will be held at the Houston Fire Academy (Val Jahnke Training Facility)
