1. Confidential Information

During my visit, I may see or learn information about Snap-tite Hose’s operations, products, designs, processes, customers, or business practices. I understand that this information is confidential and must not be shared with anyone outside the company.

2. Obligations

·       Keep all information I see, hear, or receive at Snap-tite Hose private.

·      Refrain from photos, videos, notes, or copies of any materials without written permission.

·       Use any information only for the purpose of my approved visit or assignment.

3. Exclusions

This does not apply to information that is already public or that I lawfully receive elsewhere.

4. Acknowledgment

I understand that failure to follow this agreement may result in being removed from the premises and/or legal action.
