The choice for mission-critical firefighting performance, 6T™ hose is a double jacket military-grade fire hose constructed with 100% high tensile strength polyester yarn with a thermoplastic polyurethane liner for reduced weight and kink-resistance. 6T™ meets all the requirements of NFPA 1961 Standard and Mil Std. 24606B for potable water transfer or fuel transfer. The optional Dura-Cote™ treatment greatly increases abrasion, heat, flame and petrochemical resistance while virtually eliminating water pick-up. When treated, 6T™ is protected from mildew and no drying is required, making it easy to manage on the fireground.
